Houzer products purchased through one of our Authorized Internet Retailers are guaranteed to be new and come with the full Houzer warranty. If you purchase from an Unauthorized Internet Dealer or Retailer, then any issues or warranty claims will have to be resolved with the site from which you made your purchase. If you notice suspicious business practices or questionable products using the Houzer name, please report this to Houzer.
