The Houzer Return Policy

Requirements For Return

  1. The time since the Houzer shipped date cannot exceed 45 days.
  2. Products must be in new and saleable condition.
  3. Products must be approved for return by Houzer before sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and ineligible for credit.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. The product must be shipped back to the approved warehouse. Houzer does not offer a physical drop-off option.
  6. The customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 25% of the product price.
