Registration and distribution of rewards are restricted exclusively to Distributors and Dealers purchasing HOUZER products directly from HOUZER, Inc. This program is also open to NEW Distributors and Dealers, w/credit app. & order. This program is not open to Consumers or secondary purchasers. Instant Rewards, Monthly Drawings, and Grand Prize Drawings will be notified and/or deliverable only to qualified, verifiable entrants using this Registration Form. Instant Reward payments are a single payment per order per schedule below. Only one registration/entrant per Purchase Order.

Instant Rewards are processed and administered by a third party promotional company separate from HOUZER, Inc. Monthly Prize Award and Grand Prize Award winners are picked at random and administered by HOUZER, Inc. Monthly Prize Award of Samsung 46” TV and Grand Prize of Carnival Cruise to be paid in the form of a Corporate Preference Card in the amounts of $1,000.00 for the Monthly Prize Award and $2,500.00 for the Grand Prize Award and are not limited to those prizes. Winners may redeem their winnings for any goods or services within that spending amount at any participating retailer or business. Corporate Preference Cards are valid for one year after issuance.
